LANCASTER, Pa. - Hannah Morgan of the Haverford College women's lacrosse team established new career-high marks in goals and points as the Fords went undefeated in the opening week of the season. The Centennial Conference recognized Morgan's scorching start by naming her the offensive player of the week Monday afternoon.
Morgan exploded for a career-high six goals in the season-opening victory against Cabrini College. The sophomore attack then surpassed her entire point total from 2012 (eight) with two goals and one assist against the University of Scranton. Currently tied for the conference goal-scoring lead, Morgan boasts a .727 shooting percentage (8 goals on 11 shots) over the opening two contests.
