Stadler leads 12 Fords onto outdoor track all-conference squad

LANCASTER, Pa. – Junior Christopher Stadler was voted the track performer of the meet at the Centennial Conference's 2013 outdoor track & field championship on May 3-5 and led 11 more teammates from Haverford College's conference-champion squad onto the league's all-conference team, as announced by the Centennial office Monday morning.

Stadler set new conference-championship meet records in winning the 5,000 and 10,000-meter runs while helping the Fords capture the team trophy. Head coach Tom Donnelly was voted the coach of the year after his squad won for the second year in a row.

Joining Stadler on the all-conference first team were individual event winners Avi Bregman (3,000m steeplechase) and Jordan Schilit (1,500) along with the winning 4x100 relay quartet of Jeffrey Ainsley, Sam Callon, James Torain and Jonathan Yellets.

Ainsley earned second-team honors for his runner-up finish in the 100 hurdles. Also finishing in runner-up spots and joining Ainsley on the second team were Gibby Graves (triple jump), Michael Iannacone (pole vault), Peter Kissin (5,000 and 10,000) and Charlie Marquardt (1,500).
