HAVERFORD, Pa. – The 10-0 start by Haverford College's baseball team has garnered national notice as the Fords moved into the American Baseball Coaches Association (ABCA)/Collegiate Baseball Division III poll and received votes in the latest D3baseball.com ranking.

The ABCA poll lists Haverford at No. 22 with 131 points. Salisbury University is No. 1 in the ranking with four first-place votes. The Fords are the lone Centennial Conference representative in the ABCA's top-30 poll.

Haverford picked up 38 points in D3baseball.com's week four top-25 poll. Washington and Jefferson is 25th with 56 points while Salisbury tops its second poll gathering 586 points and 20 first-place votes.

The Fords host their home opener Wednesday against Main Line rival Eastern University then, in another non-conference match-up, welcome St. John Fisher College to Kannerstein Field on Saturday for a double-header.
