Six from Haverford named to Centennial's fall sportsmanship teams
LANCASTER, Pa. – The Centennial Conference released its 2011 fall sportsmanship teams on Thursday afternoon and six Haverford College student-athletes were recognized on the league's list.
Cross country's Matthew Cohen (Sr.) and Alice Vienneau (Sr.) represented the Fords on the men's and women's, respectively, sportsmanship teams and junior Mary Hobbs was named to the field hockey list.
In soccer, the Haverford men were represented by senior Steve Griffith while sophomore Elizabeth Newman was named to the women's team. Freshman Madison Fuelling was chosen for the volleyball team.
