HAVERFORD, Pa. - Haverford College strength and conditioning coach Cory Walts will direct a series of Performance Plus training clinics this summer on the Haverford campus for rising high school juniors and seniors as well as collegiate student-athletes.
The strength and conditioning clinics will run Tuesday and Thursday nights, from 6:30 p.m. to 9 p.m., beginning on June 3 and ending on August 7. The clinics are intended for student-athletes who are looking to intensify their summer training under experienced guidance and supervision.
The first half of each session will be devoted to speed and conditioning enhancement on Swan Field, which has a synthetic turf surface used by several professional and major collegiate programs throughout the country. The second half of the night will transition inside to Haverford’s all-inclusive Fitness Center in order to develop strength and power.
Cost for the clinics is $30 per night or $50 per week for an individual.
